Product Description
Just outside the little village of Piesporter there is a vineyard called goldtröpfchen (“little drop of gold”, hence the colour of the capsule).
Wines from this area are of exceptional quality and due to the location (Mosel versus Rheinhessen) are better value. This wine has a fresh,
lifted nose of apricots, honeysuckle and summer hedgerows. On the palate there is baked apple pie, rich fruity body and balanced acidity.
The finish is long and enjoyable, but not cloying. Ideal with cold meats, cheeses and summer desserts.
