A great value French GC wine. From seven hectares of clay and limestone soil of the Saint-Emilion historic village comes this delightful blend of 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has a year of vinification in tanks, followed by a year in French oak barrels. Only 35,000 bottles are produced in a year. Pair with soft cheese or even a burger of any leaning.
